Legal notice: who sells on fenorganic.eu

AGROREGEN sells, invoices and operates this site. FenOrganic is the trade mark of the products: it is not a company, nor the entity that issues the invoices.

The identification details that are on record are published below, together with who accredits them; those not yet on record follow, under “What is not yet on record”, with their status.

Accredited identification details

• Reserved company name: AGROREGEN, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA. Negative certificate from the Central Mercantile Register (Registro Mercantil Central): it certifies that the name was not on the register and reserves it. Accredited by: Central Mercantile Register certificate no. 26114164, 16 June 2026.
• Company name: AGROREGEN, S.L., as declared by the project owner on 13 October 2026. Accredited by: declaration by the project owner, 13 October 2026.
• NIF (Spanish tax ID): B93925824. Definitive NIF. Accredited by: declaration by the project owner, 13 October 2026.
• Registered office and tax address: CALLE LABRADORES, NUM 8 · 29300 ARCHIDONA - (MALAGA), Spain. Registered office and tax address are one and the same. Accredited by: tax identification card issued by the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria), 11 August 2026.
• Contact email: info@fenorganic.eu. Provided by the project owner on 15 September 2026, with authorisation to publish it. Accredited by: declaration by the project owner, 15 September 2026.
• Telephone: +34 623 753 719. The same number takes calls and WhatsApp, according to the declaration. It is not published as a telephone line for placing orders. Accredited by: declaration by the project owner, 15 September 2026.
• Data controller: AGROREGEN, S.L., the entity, not a natural person. Accredited by: declaration by the project owner, 13 October 2026.
• Hosting provider: CLOUDI NEXTGEN, S.L. — CIF B-66356528 (Clouding.io). Processor for hosting purposes. The detail is provided by the project owner; it is not inferred from the server IP address. Accredited by: declaration by the project owner, 15 September 2026.
• Retention of enquiries: 12 months from the last communication. Period declared by the project owner for enquiries received by email, telephone or WhatsApp. The server’s technical logs are kept by the hosting provider. Accredited by: declaration by the project owner, 15 September 2026.

On 16 June 2026 the Central Mercantile Register certified that the name “AGROREGEN, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA” was not on the register and reserved it. The company name “AGROREGEN, S.L.” and the NIF B93925824 are those declared by AGROREGEN since 13 October 2026.

What is not yet on record

• Company registration details. The Mercantile Register entry details (volume, folio, page and date of registration) will be published as soon as they are available. The only register record today is the name reservation by the Central Mercantile Register (certificate no. 26114164, 16 June 2026).
• Dispatch origin of orders. It is communicated with each order or quotation, when delivery and delivery time are confirmed.
• Bank account and payment gateway. Online payment is not enabled: no form on this site collects card or bank account details.
• Registered ownership of the trade mark. FenOrganic is used as the trade mark of the products; no registration is attributed to it here.

How orders are placed and when payment is made

The online shop of fenorganic.eu is available in Spanish and in English and delivers to Spain and Portugal; for the rest of the EU, transport is quoted for each order. In that shop, for the references that are available, the order can be completed with the delivery cost already calculated; for the other pack sizes, the order is prepared and availability, delivery and delivery time are confirmed before any payment is made.

Customers in other countries request a quotation. Direct sale to other countries is not yet available: it will be opened when its terms, destinations and delivery costs have been confirmed. Until then, availability, delivery and delivery time are confirmed in writing on request, through the contact form or by email, and no payment is requested through this site.

Online card payment is not yet enabled. No form on this site collects card details, and no charge is made. The terms and conditions of sale and the returns policy of the online shop are published in Spanish and govern any order placed there.

Every order — placed in the online shop or agreed by quotation — is sold and invoiced by AGROREGEN, the same entity that appears above as the contractual seller. There are not two different entities, one to sell and another to invoice.

What is worth knowing

• Where orders are dispatched from. It is communicated with each order or quotation, together with delivery and delivery time, before any payment.
• The trade mark. FenOrganic is the trade mark of the products.
