Check the status of your order.

You buy as a guest, without registering: asking for an account in order to sell is asking for a detail that is not needed. To see an order, its number and the email it was placed with are enough.

We ask for both details so that nobody can see your order by trying numbers.

This is a lookup only. No account is created and nothing new about you is stored.

What “checking availability” means

When you pay, the amount is held by the bank, not charged. We check in the warehouse that the product is ready and only then is it charged. If it were not available, the hold is released and nothing is charged. This applies to every order, without exception.

Can’t find the order number or need to change something? Write to us and we will find it for you. Access to an order is not given over the telephone.
